Why Custom?
Just like an off-the-rack suit doesn't fit perfectly without tailoring, generic off-the-shelf coatings are not always perfect for your intended application. For the generic application like a concrete floor coating you can use an existing product that has already been tested vigourously and formulated for that application. Custom Coatings are ideal for custom applications. Perhaps you have a niche market and a substrate that other coatings are not adhering to, or the current coating you're using isn't performing the way you want it to. In that case our services are perfect for you. We will work with you to customize a coating through vigorous R&D and testing to make sure the coating does exactly what you need it to.

Custom Testing
When working with us to create a custom coating, we'll need to discuss some of the testing parameters and targets you'd like to hit.

- Bubbling, foaming, fish-eye, surface tension, and other coating phenomenon that need to be considered
- Clean-ability of the dried surface

Custom Pigment Color
Custom pigment to work with your custom coating
In addition to our custom coatings, we also offer to match custom colors with our Custom Pigment Services. Many resin manufacturers and resellers offer a limited number of stock colors for you to choose from, seriously limiting your ability to meet today's widely varying color demands customers want. And the few resin manufactures that do offer custom color pigment services are typically slow, unresponsive, and not dependable with their turn-around times.
